Session 2 looks at the steps along the path to getting your goals, how they break down into manageable “mini” goals. Here’s a question “how do you run a marathon?” one step at a time! And so it is with goals. So we break up your clients goals into manageable chunks and set the measurement or yardsticks for them so your client can easily see the great progress you’re making together.

 

Session 3 starts getting into the nitty gritty, we start the process of educating your clients about their beliefs and how their beliefs about themselves and life affect everything they do. So we help them ‘uncover’ limiting beliefs and then find out where they got them from and then get rid of them and replace them with great empowering beliefs such as “I can help anyone achieve their dreams”.

 

This is a very empowering and thought provoking session for your clients.

 

Session 4 focuses on creating new beliefs for your client that will have a massive impact in ALL aspects of their lives, imagine believing you can achieve anything you want to!

Session 5 looks at your clients’ values, did you know that it is your values that set the course of your life? They are the rudder that steers your ship on the journey of life.

 

Funnily enough the No 1 cause of internal conflict in most people is a conflict in their values!

Let me explain, say for instance you want to start a new relationship and that connecting with people is important to you, BUT if you also fear rejection, you’re going to have problems!

 

Yes that’s right, rejection is a value, here’s how;

 

Values are what your brain “sorts” for, what’s important to you if you like, so if it’s important that people accept you, then being “accepted” is a value (it’s important to you). When you are not accepted (rejected) then that goes against your values and (this is important) you will do more to avoid pain (rejection) then you will to gain pleasure (acceptance) this is why some people sabotage relationships.

 

So in session 5 we find out what conflicts there are in their values and resolve those conflicts.Neat eh?

 

Session 6 Looks at the criteria we (unconsciously) assign to our values that lets us know we are meeting them.

 

We call them ‘rules’.

 

Try this experiment, think about being loved for a moment (nice isn’t it :-) now what has to happen specifically for you to feel the deepest sensations of love?

 

Is it that someone has to tell you they love you (if so how many times a day) or do they have to show you they love you (if so how often and with what) do they have to look at you a certain way or touch you in a certain way.

 

Believe me, you have a “recipe” in your mind for feeling the deepest levels of love.

 

The problem comes when your clients’ rules for meeting their values make it almost impossible to meet them. Recently one of my clients had the following rule to feel a success in life.

 

“To feel a success I’d have to always be happy and never down, make 2 million a year income, never argue with anyone, never shout at my kids and exercise for 1 ½ hours every day”

 

PHEW!

 

That’s quite a list right, (how hard have you made it to feel successful?)

 

So you can imagine that for her to feel like a success was damn hard work and consequentially she never did.

 

So in session 6 we uncover those rules and see if they fit with your clients’ life and check out if your clients’ have made it almost impossible to feel good about themselves!

 

Session 7 is a brilliant session; your client will love this! We look at the highest needs your client has and devise strategies with them to feel good and more importantly fulfilled all the time.

 

We look at your clients 6 Human Needs; again notice the real emphasis on practical information that your client can use to make a difference today. There is a spiritual side to our system but it’s very practical too.

 

We want your clients to see, hear and feel the difference you’re helping them make in their lives.

 

The six human needs deals with a common problem people have: “I’ve got my goals but I’m still not happy!” 

 

Ever have that yourself? Did you ever think that a new house, partner, car etc would make you happy only to find that it didn’t? Well session 7 finds out what will make you happy and fulfilled.

 

Session 8 deals with a major concept in life. We call it “All Communication is Projection”. You see when you talk to someone what you’re hearing is invariably not what the speaker intended you to hear.

 

What you hear is what the speaker said but “filtered” through your brains sorting system! and vice versa!

 

So next time you’re talking to someone, just know that what you’re saying is not what is being heard! 

 

Here’s an example:

Jane calls her husband John from her office and lets him know she’s going to be late home. Simple yeah? But wait, here’s what John ‘hears’ “she cares more about her work than she does about me, if she loved me she’d be home early (that’s a rule did you spot it?) I get home early for her, maybe she’s having an affair (possible values conflict there, being accepted and being loved)”.

 

So you can see what starts out harmlessly enough can end up as full scale war! There is much more on this in the training manuals (manual 4 page 16 – 25).

 

Session 9 introduces the most powerful concept known to man!

 

 

Here’s a great phrase “if it’s to be, it’s up to me”.

 

In life there are those that take responsibility and those that either lay blame or justify. Let me explain.

 

You will find that some of your clients will say things to you such as “I can’t start a new career because I’m too old” or “I don’t have the experience to try that” well, that’s justifying! When they justify they disempower themselves and create an outside force that stops them being all they can be.

 

That’s BS! And as a New Insights Certified Life Coach you’ll help them to stop making excuses and to start empowering themselves and truly living their life. 

 

How about this “My partner always stops me doing what I want” or “I’m not confident enough to do that” this is laying blame, and when they do this they are literally giving someone else the power over their life!

 

We’re here to show them a new way!

 

So session 9 focuses on where your clients are laying blame and justifying in their lives.

 

As you can see it’s a beautifully crafted system that encapsulates all aspects of your clients’ lives and like I said this is a guide for you to use, we will also teach you the skills so that you can give your clients exactly what they need to help them move forward.

 

We call it “dancing in the moment”

 

O.K. let’s move on.

 

Session 10 introduces your clients to the power of having a balanced mind.

 

Imagine being able to go through life being calm and peaceful, with events that in the past would have upset you, now leaving you feeling love.

That’s the power of having a balanced mind. You will teach your clients the power of a simple technique that will (invariably) bring them to tears as they have a clear and balanced mind about issues that in the past have hurt them.

 

This is a powerful concept and we dedicate a lot of time in manual 5 (pages 23-51) so you fully understand it and how to help your clients “get it” as well.

 

Session 11 is a great fun and inspiring session that will leave your client on a high about their future!

 

We set some more powerful goals to see them through their next Life Coaching Series, because by this time your client will be close to (or will have achieved) their Goals that you set with them in session 1!

 

This is done differently though because their mind is now usually a lot more open and so using a little known secret we access the deepest part of their brain to get the sort of goals that they cannot wait to start each new day for!

 

This session is a ripper!

We all have one and when you take your clients through this step by step process you’ll help them uncover something so beautiful within them their life will change for ever.

This is done so that you can refer back to various educational pieces that you shared with them in the first coaching series together.

 

So if your client comes in one day and is stuck with a problem; you may refer back to their beliefs, their rules or their values for instance and use that as a spring board to move them forward again. This is covered in great detail in manual 7 pages 27 - 82.
